JPMorgan Chase will relocate its Boston operations to the new South Station Tower as the anchor commercial tenant. The firm expects to begin the move in early 2028.

The lease covers more than eight floors. This new space provides capacity for 1,000 employees. JPMorgan plans to add hundreds of new jobs to the region in the coming years.

This move consolidates all business lines into a single location to improve collaboration. The expansion targets growth in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors. JPMorgan currently generates over $1.4 billion in annual economic output for the local economy.
