JPMorgan Chase & Co. is marketing a $5.75 billion loan package to investors. This financing supports the leveraged buyout of video game publisher Electronic Arts.
The package forms part of a $55 billion privatization deal. Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund is among the investors involved in the transaction.
The structure features a seven-year term loan B. One portion of the loan consists of $4 billion in U.S. dollars. A second portion consists of $1.75 billion in euro-equivalent currency. Investors must submit their commitments by March 23.
