KKR has launched Helix Digital Infrastructure to finance the expanding global demand for AI infrastructure. The venture debuts with more than $10 billion in committed capital. Founding investors include KKR, Nvidia, the Kuwait Investment Authority, and Vistra.

Former Amazon Web Services CEO Adam Selipsky will lead the new company. Helix aims to provide a unified platform for hyperscalers to manage data centers, power, and connectivity.

Nvidia will act as a strategic partner, contributing expertise in AI data center design. Power company Vistra will serve as the preferred energy provider for the venture.
