Mercedes-Benz launched the new-generation GLB compact SUV in Australia on September 4, 2026. The redesigned vehicle maintains an optional seven-seat configuration.
The lineup introduces the first fully electric variants, the GLB 250+ and GLB 350 4MATIC. These models replace the EQB brand to integrate electric powertrains into the main model family.
The vehicles utilize a new 800-volt electrical architecture. An 85 kWh battery provides a range of over 600 kilometers per WLTP standards. The new architecture enables significantly faster charging times.
