Meta Platforms is expanding its Muse AI agent to small and medium-sized businesses to help automate daily operations and marketing. Muse for Small Business connects to companies’ existing Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Meta ad accounts to understand their brands and customers.
The agent integrates with more than a dozen third-party business tools, including Shopify, Stripe, Intuit QuickBooks, Canva, Slack, and Asana. Business owners can assign broad goals, such as finding new customers or analyzing sales performance, across their software platforms.
Meta said Muse will not publish content or spend money without the user’s final approval.
