Didero, a startup developing agentic AI for manufacturing procurement, has raised $30 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Chemistry and Headline. Microsoft's venture fund, M12, also participated in the round, bringing Didero's total funding to approximately $37 million. The company's platform acts as an AI layer over a company's existing ERP system, automating procurement workflows by handling supplier communications, negotiations, and order tracking.

The new capital is intended to accelerate product development and expand go-to-market efforts. Didero aims to address the manual and fragmented nature of global supply chains, where procurement teams often rely on emails and spreadsheets to manage complex supplier networks. By deploying autonomous AI agents, the company seeks to reduce the time teams spend on repetitive operational tasks and allow them to focus on more strategic decisions.
