Microsoft is overhauling its Enterprise Agreement (EA) pricing structure ahead of 2026 renewals. The company will eliminate volume-based discount tiers for Levels B, C, and D. Large organizations face projected price increases ranging from 6% to 12%.

An Info-Tech Research Group report warns IT and procurement leaders to prepare for this new pricing environment. Microsoft is also implementing SKU-level price hikes for Microsoft 365, Power BI, and server licenses. These combined structural changes will materially alter financial calculations for upcoming contract renewals.
