MobileMoney Fintech LTD (MMFL), the newly separated arm of MTN Ghana, scheduled an extraordinary general meeting for June 12, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a first-ever dividend payment of GHS0.03 per share for the quarter ending March 31. This marks the first payout since the entity reorganized to comply with the Payment Systems and Services Act of 2019.
The board seeks further authorization to declare and pay dividends for the second and third quarters of 2026.
The agenda includes the appointment of six new directors to the MMFL board, subject to Bank of Ghana clearance. This meeting follows the entity's formal separation completed on March 31.
