OpenAI becomes a preferred intelligence capability under the agreement. This grants ServiceNow customers direct access to frontier models, including GPT-5.2. These models will accelerate AI-driven workflows without requiring custom development.
The collaboration aims to enhance automation across IT, finance, and HR business functions. The partnership will focus on creating new "agentic AI experiences." It will also develop direct speech-to-speech technology to enable natural interactions and overcome language barriers.
ServiceNow shares rose over 2% in pre-market trading following initial reports of the deal.
