ServiceNow finalized its largest-ever acquisition: a $7.75 billion deal for cybersecurity asset management firm Armis. The company announced the details during its Investor and Analyst Day.

This acquisition signals a major strategic push toward a "security-first" approach for automated business workflows.

The integration combines Armis’s real-time asset visibility and cyber-exposure data with the ServiceNow platform. CEO Bill McDermott termed the resulting system an "AI Control Tower" for enterprises.

This system allows organizations to view all connected devices, spanning IT and IoT infrastructure. It automatically triggers remediation workflows upon threat detection, bridging the gap between identifying and resolving vulnerabilities.
