Nvidia has invested $2 billion in cloud operator Nebius Group.
The deal provides Nvidia with an approximate 8.3% stake in the firm. The partnership targets the deployment of 5 gigawatts of AI computing power. This infrastructure expansion is slated for completion by 2030. Nebius will receive early access to Nvidia’s next-generation chip architecture.
Atlassian is laying off 1,600 employees to prioritize artificial intelligence. The reduction accounts for 10% of the company's total workforce. Atlassian is shifting resources toward AI and enterprise sales. The restructuring includes the departure of the Chief Technology Officer. Atlassian anticipates up to $236 million in related charges. The company will use the savings to self-fund new AI initiatives.
