Nvidia announced a three-year software-as-a-service agreement with engineering firm Jacobs to deploy its Omniverse-based digital twin platform at a large-scale U.S. AI research and development facility. The financial terms were not disclosed.

The platform will support data center management, including power-load balancing, energy forecasting, liquid-cooling monitoring and predictive maintenance.

The agreement gives Nvidia another way to benefit from AI infrastructure growth beyond its dominant position in GPU hardware. Nvidia shares are on track for a third consecutive monthly gain.

Separately, reports say Nvidia is exploring insurance structures to reduce financing risks for smaller neocloud customers investing in AI infrastructure.
