NVIDIA will lease a new 200-megawatt data center in Storey County, Nevada, to expand its infrastructure for the artificial intelligence sector. The initial lease agreement spans approximately 16 years and includes options for extension.

An entity backed by asset manager Tract Capital is financing the facility's construction through a $3.8 billion junk-bond sale. This expansion aligns with increased capital expenditures from major cloud providers including Amazon, Microsoft, and Alphabet.

The move reflects sustained demand for NVIDIA’s processing technology as the company scales operations to meet future AI requirements.
