Rocket Lab completed its 84th Electron mission, named Eight Days A Week, on March 21, 2026. The New Zealand launch deployed Synspective’s eighth StriX synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite.
The payload reached a 573km low Earth orbit. This mission marks the eighth successful launch conducted for the Japanese Earth-imaging company.
Rocket Lab and Synspective extended their partnership through an agreement for 19 additional dedicated launches. This contract establishes Electron as the primary launch partner for the entire constellation.
The agreement targets the completion of the satellite network by 2028.
