Samsung Electronics introduced its eighth generation of foldable smartphones at the Galaxy Unpacked event in London. The new lineup includes the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8, and the slimmer Galaxy Z Flip8. All three devices feature deeper integration of the company’s Galaxy AI technology.
The company also entered the smart eyewear market with the unveiling of Galaxy Glasses. These devices utilize Google’s Gemini AI and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 processor to compete with Meta’s smart glasses. Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Glasses this fall in the United States and South Korea.
Additionally, Samsung released the Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2. Both wearable devices include updated sensors for advanced health monitoring.
