Samsung Electronics launched the Galaxy S26 FE as the latest addition to its flagship smartphone lineup. The device debuts Samsung’s One UI 9 software alongside enhanced camera capabilities and new Galaxy AI features.
Hardware specifications include a 6.7-inch display and a triple-camera system. The 4,900mAh battery supports 45W fast charging.
Samsung set the starting price at $699.99, representing a $50 increase over the previous model. Rising component costs drove the price hike as the mobile division faces reduced profitability. The company reported strong sales in the previous quarter despite these margin pressures.
Select carriers will offer the device starting September 3. Wider retail availability begins on September 4.
