Suzlon Energy secured a 400 MW Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL). The project is located in the Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh.

Suzlon will install 127 of its S144 wind turbine generators. Each turbine features a rated capacity of 3.15 MW. This latest order brings the total partnership between Suzlon and TPREL to over 1 GW.

Suzlon Energy shares fell 0.22% to Rs 57.78 during late-morning trading. Brokerage firm Nuvama maintained a 'Hold' rating on the stock. Nuvama slightly increased the target price, noting that much of the company's growth is expected in future years.
