Toyota Motor Corporation is recalling 508,354 vehicles in the United States. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued the notice for certain 2025-2026 Camry Hybrid models.
A potential instrument cluster display failure during startup triggered the recall. This malfunction can deactivate hazard lights, turn signals, and seat belt warnings.
The loss of these safety features increases the risk of a crash. Toyota dealers will update the instrument cluster display software free of charge.
