Tesla’s United Kingdom vehicle deliveries dropped 37% year-on-year in February.

The company recorded 2,422 deliveries compared to 3,852 in February 2023.

The broader UK car market grew 7.2% during the same period, reaching its highest February volume since 2004.

Tesla faces intensifying competition from Chinese manufacturers such as BYD.

A Tesla spokesperson claimed monthly figures are misleading due to delivery schedules and suggested quarterly data is more representative.

The company stated that UK orders and reservations for the first two months of 2026 surpassed levels from the prior two years.

Most of these units have not yet been delivered or registered.
