Uber Technologies Inc. signed an exclusive, multi-year partnership with performance marketing platform Ibotta, Inc.

The agreement integrates Ibotta’s digital promotions into Uber’s U.S. grocery and retail ecosystem, including Uber Eats.

This deal marks Uber’s first exclusive multi-year agreement with a national digital promotions provider.

The partnership expands the Ibotta Performance Network, which currently includes other major third-party grocery delivery services.

The collaboration provides consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands a direct channel to shoppers at the point of purchase.

This integration helps CPG brands connect with consumers within Uber’s marketplace.
