Uber Technologies Inc. increased its stake in Berlin-based Delivery Hero SE to 24.99%.
The previous holding was 19.5%.
A regulatory filing on Wednesday disclosed the transaction.
Concurrently, shareholder Aspex reduced its stake in Delivery Hero to 7.56%.
Aspex previously held 14.55% of the company.
The transactions follow recent reports that Uber is exploring a full takeover of Delivery Hero.
Uber has built up its initial stake over recent months.
