Uber Technologies is finalizing a deal to acquire Blacklane, a German-based luxury chauffeur service. The acquisition price reportedly reaches the upper three-digit millions.
This transaction marks Uber’s third notable acquisition in 2026. The deal expands Uber’s premium mobility presence across more than 40 countries.
Uber’s stock opened lower on Tuesday following the announcement. Blacklane, founded in 2011, supports Uber’s strategy to diversify its global mobility and delivery portfolio.
