LoopXPay autonomously handled a complete procurement workflow for a small and medium-sized business (SMB). The workflow included sourcing a product, comparing suppliers, placing the order, and executing the payment securely.
This milestone demonstrates how AI can streamline complex purchasing and payment processes for SMBs, which often lack dedicated procurement teams. The transaction operated within predefined spending and approval controls, ensuring businesses retain oversight. As part of the collaboration, Visa registered LoopXPay in its Agentic Directory. This directory verifies trusted AI agents and enhances security in the growing AI-driven commerce environment.
