Defense technology startup Enigma Aerospace officially emerged from stealth today. The company secured $7 million in venture and Department of War funding to develop autonomous logistics systems.
Enigma aims to solve critical resupply challenges for the U.S. military in the Pacific and Middle East. The company is developing Phoenix, an autonomous cargo aircraft capable of delivering 1,000-pound payloads. This platform covers 2,000 nautical miles and operates without runways.
The system includes Strata, a logistics orchestration software platform. These tools enable scalable operations in GPS-denied environments. Enigma Aerospace targets operational delivery to warfighters by 2027.
