RTX business Raytheon secured a $627 million direct commercial sales contract with the Netherlands. The agreement provides Patriot air and missile defense equipment, including radars, launchers, and command and control stations.
European nations are currently modernizing integrated defense capabilities to deter potential aggression. Raytheon is accelerating production to deliver these systems to the Dutch government.
The Patriot system serves as a foundational defense capability for 19 countries, including nine in Europe. It is combat-proven against advanced threats such as cruise missiles and tactical ballistic missiles.
