According to its latest SEC disclosure, the firm cut its holdings by 94.6%, from over 2.7 million shares down to just 146,511. This sale reduced the value of its reported position from $134.1 million to approximately $7.85 million.

Investors should note that 13F filings are submitted to the SEC up to 45 days after a quarter ends, meaning these trades occurred between April 1 and June 30, 2026. The XLF is a major exchange-traded fund that provides exposure to a diversified basket of companies in the U.S. financial sector, including banking, insurance, and real estate.
