The board of directors appointed two long-time executives to lead the office of the CEO. Senior Executive Vice President Ann-Marie Campbell will oversee day-to-day operations. Executive Vice President and CFO Richard McPhail will manage financial matters and the company's Pro subsidiaries.
Independent Lead Director Greg Brenneman will chair the board during Decker's absence. Brenneman expressed confidence in the interim leadership's ability to manage the company.
