Exxon Mobil, ConocoPhillips, Hilcorp Alaska, and a Pantheon Resources subsidiary signed a 30-year supply agreement. This deal provides the foundational gas supply for the first phase of the Alaska LNG project.

The agreement establishes the commercial terms necessary to reach a final investment decision. Infrastructure plans include the construction of a 739-mile pipeline.

Total investment for all development phases is estimated at over $30 billion. The project expands U.S. LNG export capacity and bolsters Alaska's energy security.
