Zoom appointed Jeff Epstein to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Epstein previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Oracle. He is currently an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. Epstein specializes in B2B software and AI. He also serves on the boards of Autodesk and Twilio.
Epstein's appointment coincides with the planned retirement of Jonathan Chadwick. Chadwick will step down on November 19, 2026. He served on Zoom's board for nearly a decade. CEO Eric Yuan stated Chadwick's guidance was critical during the company's major growth periods. Epstein's addition is expected to bring extensive financial and strategic leadership to Zoom.
