Apple has acquired MotionVFX, a Polish company known for creating popular plugins, templates, and visual effects for the Final Cut Pro video editing software. The deal brings the MotionVFX team of approximately 70 employees into Apple to further develop tools for video editors and creators.
Founded in 2009, MotionVFX is a prominent developer in the Final Cut Pro ecosystem, also creating tools for Apple Motion and DaVinci Resolve.
