Apple announced the second-generation AirPods Max 2 for $549. The company plans to begin shipping the high-end over-ear headphones in early April.
The new model integrates the H2 chip to enhance performance and enable new features. Active Noise Cancellation is now up to 1.5 times more effective than the previous model.
The device introduces features including Adaptive Audio, Conversation Awareness, and Live Translation. New creator-focused capabilities include studio-quality audio recording and a camera remote function.
Apple offers the headphones in five colors, including new orange and purple options.
