Airbus SE reported a 54% increase in second-quarter adjusted operating profit to €2.43 billion. This result surpassed analyst expectations. Quarterly revenue climbed 28% to €20.53 billion.

A surge in commercial jetliner deliveries and strong performance in the Defence and Space division drove the growth. Net commercial aircraft orders also increased significantly during the period.

The company maintained its full-year financial and industrial forecasts. Airbus delivered 351 commercial aircraft in the first half of 2026. Management confirmed the company remains on track to meet its annual delivery target.
