AMD has officially notified its partners that it will be increasing the prices of its GPUs by a minimum of 10%. This decision comes as a direct result of rising memory prices, which are being driven by substantial demand for DRAM within the AI sector and simultaneous production cuts by memory suppliers. The price hike is expected to affect upcoming products, including the Radeon RX 9000 series GPUs based on the RDNA 4 architecture, meaning they will likely not be available at their initially planned MSRPs. Major AMD partners such as ASUS, Gigabyte, and PowerColor have already been informed of the impending price adjustments.
