AMD Appoints Emily Ellis as New Chief Accounting Officer

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) has appointed Emily Ellis as its new Corporate Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and principal accounting officer, effective December 15, 2025. Ms. Ellis joins from Palo Alto Networks and succeeds Jean Hu, who was serving as interim Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Hu will continue in her role as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
