Norges Bank disclosed a new investment in Booking Holdings on May 30, 2026. The bank acquired 610,801 shares, valued at approximately $3.27 billion, according to fourth-quarter filings. This gives Norges Bank a 1.9% ownership stake. Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. also reported a new position, purchasing 39,205 shares.
These institutional investments from late last year contrast with more recent insider activity. Vice President Peter J. Millones sold 62,500 shares on May 26th. The sale totaled over $10.2 million.
