Embraer S.A. secured a firm order from Japan’s ANA Holdings Inc. for eight E190-E2 aircraft on September 4, 2026.
This agreement increases the total firm orders for the E2 jet family to 23 aircraft. ANA Holdings also retains five additional purchase options for the E190-E2.
The companies identified fuel efficiency and reduced emissions as key factors for the expansion. Lower noise levels also supported the decision to increase the fleet.
The first delivery from this order is scheduled for 2028. This transaction reinforces the growth of the E-Jets E2 family in the Japanese regional market.
