Ford Motor Company announced Global Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Materazzo will depart effective June 1.
Dean Stoneley, the current global product marketing executive director, will serve as interim CMO during the search for a permanent replacement.
Materazzo joined Ford from Toyota in 2023. She launched the global brand strategy Ready, Set, Ford during her tenure.
The leadership change occurs as Ford continues its Ford+ strategic initiatives. CEO Jim Farley acknowledged Materazzo’s contributions to brand development and dealer support.
