Mercedes-AMG revealed the 2026 AMG GT 4-Door Coupé as its first all-electric performance model. The vehicle utilizes the brand's dedicated AMG.EA electric architecture and axial flux motors.

The top-tier GT 63 variant produces 1,169 horsepower. This output enables a 0-100 km/h sprint in a claimed 2.1 seconds.

A Formula 1-inspired battery system supports charging speeds of up to 600kW. To retain traditional brand character, the model incorporates simulated V8 engine sounds and virtual gearshift effects.

This launch marks AMG's strategic transition into the all-electric era. The vehicle will compete directly against established high-end electric sports cars.
