Microsoft has confirmed the broader rollout of its Windows 11 25H2 update, also known as the Windows 11 2025 Update, making it available to all eligible Windows 11 devices. While the update officially began shipping on September 30, it is now more widely accessible. Users with the 'Get the latest updates as soon as they're available' toggle enabled will see the update automatically. For PCs not managed by IT departments, the update to version 25H2 will be automatic, though users can choose when to restart their device. This update is essentially version 24H2 with a new OS version and build number, so users already on 24H2 with the latest updates are not missing new features.
