Cornelis Raises $205M, Challenging Nvidia’s Dominance in AI Networking

Cornelis, an Intel spin-off, raised $205 million in a funding round led by IAG Capital Partners.

The AI infrastructure firm develops high-performance networking solutions to improve communication efficiency between data center processors.

Cornelis will use the capital to scale production and accelerate the market launch of its Active Compute Fabric architecture.

The technology competes directly with Nvidia’s InfiniBand networking by offering an open alternative for large-scale AI systems.
