Fireworks raised $1.5 billion in a Series D funding round. The investment brings the company's valuation to $17.5 billion. Atreides Management, Index Ventures, and TCV led the round, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and NVIDIA.

Annualized revenue surpassed $1 billion. This milestone marks a five-fold increase compared to the previous year. Daily token volume on the platform nearly tripled during the same period.

Growth stems from enterprises moving toward specialized open-source models over general AI. Fireworks adapts these models to specific corporate data and workflows. Current clients include major firms such as Uber and Shopify.
