Paris-based Gradium extended its seed funding to over $100 million. The company reached this milestone seven months after its launch. New investors including Nvidia joined the latest tranche of approximately $30 million. This follows an initial $70 million raise in late 2025 from FirstMark, Eurazeo, and former Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

The startup spun out of the Kyutai non-profit AI research lab. Gradium develops foundational models for real-time voice applications including text-to-speech and translation.

The new capital will fund research and international expansion. Gradium plans to open a new office in San Francisco to support product development.
