AI infrastructure firm Nscale is preparing for a U.S. initial public offering as early as September. Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan are reportedly advising the London-based company on the potential listing.
The company informed investors that second-quarter revenue grew to over $100 million. This marks a sharp increase from $37 million reported in the first quarter. Nscale currently holds approximately $51 billion in total contracted revenue.
Nscale builds and operates data centers optimized for AI computing. Most of the firm's active chips are from the Nvidia Blackwell series. The company has also placed orders for next-generation Rubin GPUs.
