UK-based Nscale Global Holdings secured a $900 million revolving credit facility. J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley led the lending syndicate.

The funding supports the expansion of specialized AI data centers across the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. This flexible capital allows Nscale to draw and repay funds to manage cash flow during large-scale construction projects.

The company previously raised $2 billion in a Series C funding round. This financing was completed earlier in 2026. Nvidia-backed Nscale provides the infrastructure required to train and deploy large-scale AI models.
