NVIDIA and SharonAI Holdings signed a six-year strategic collaboration to expand Australian AI infrastructure. The partnership carries a total value of up to $4.88 billion.

The project will deploy 72 megawatts of new data center capacity. This infrastructure utilizes NVIDIA’s DSX AI factory design. The rollout includes up to 40,000 Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs.

The collaboration serves startups, enterprises, and university researchers across the region. Sharon AI will sell NVIDIA-powered cloud services under a revenue-sharing and credit-support model. NVIDIA receives standard product revenue plus a portion of generated cloud revenue.

This agreement increases Sharon AI’s total AI factory capacity to 132MW.
