Nvidia reportedly signed leases worth up to $50.2 billion for a Texas data center. The Financial Times identified Hut 8’s 1-gigawatt Beacon Point campus as the site for the deal.
The agreement carries a base-term contract value of $19.6 billion over 15 years. Total value could reach $50.2 billion if all renewal options are exercised.
Hut 8 previously announced the lease with an unnamed investment-grade customer. The partnership secures the vast computing infrastructure required to support Nvidia's large-scale AI operations.
