NVIDIA is slowing the production ramp-up for its next-generation Rubin GPU platform.

Qualification issues with new HBM4 high-bandwidth memory caused the delay. KeyBanc Capital Markets expects the setback to last only a few months.

The firm revised NVIDIA’s Rubin production target for the current year down to 1.5 million units. This represents a decrease from the original forecast of 2 million units.
