Yotta Data Services aims to raise $500 million to $600 million in a new funding round. The investment would value the Indian AI data center operator at approximately $4 billion. This pre-IPO round precedes a public listing filing expected within the next few weeks.

The Hiranandani Group unit currently operates India’s largest cluster of Nvidia AI processors. Yotta plans a $2 billion purchase of advanced Nvidia chips to bolster its AI computing services. The company is expanding infrastructure to meet growing domestic demand for data processing.
