RTX’s Raytheon division secured a $1.02 billion U.S. Army contract for National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) fire units. This Foreign Military Sale provides the air defense systems to Kuwait. Work will be conducted in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, through May 26, 2031.
The deal is part of a broader defense package exceeding $1.1 billion. Lockheed Martin earned a $100.5 million Navy contract for F-35 aircraft components. Lockheed also received a $14.3 million modification for its Multiple Launch Rocket System.
