Music streaming service Deezer announced that nearly 75,000 AI-generated tracks are being uploaded to its platform daily, accounting for approximately 44% of all new music submissions. This figure represents a significant increase from 39% in January 2026, highlighting the accelerating pace of synthetic content creation flooding music services.

Despite the high volume of uploads, Deezer reported that consumption of AI-generated music remains very low, making up only 1-3% of total streams. Crucially, the company stated that the primary purpose of these uploads appears to be fraudulent, with 85% of the associated streams being identified as fake and subsequently demonetized to protect the royalty pool for human artists.
